  • Kelly grew up in the greater Boston area and after completing her bachelor’s degree, and began her career at Raytheon. During her tenure at Raytheon, she advanced to Engineering Services Section Manager and earned her master’s degree. Wanting to expand her business management experience, she later joined Bennett Group, an integrated marketing and advertising firm where she served for many years as its business manager.

In 2003, Kelly relocated to New Hampshire and decided to transition her passion for real estate investing into a career, and in 2006 opened a real estate firm that she continues to operate with her current business partner. In more recent years, to complement her business career, Kelly has recognized her dream of teaching at the college level and has taught a variety of courses for Granite State College, New England College and the Community College System of New Hampshire. She enthusiastically embraces the opportunity to bring her real-world experience into both the face-to-face and online learning environments.

When Kelly is not running her real estate business or teaching classes, she enjoys snowmobiling and motorcycle rides through New Hampshire’s beautiful Lakes Region.

    Teaching Philosophy

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” – Mahatma Gandhi

I have a passion for teaching that centers around my love of business. I gain great personal reward participating in the process as a student learns about the theory and concepts of business and I feel an incredible sense of joy when that student leaves our class thirsty for more knowledge. I strive to continually improve my teaching today, in order to better prepare the workforce of tomorrow.
