Our Virtual Faculty Development Team is part of the Online Teaching & Learning Collaborative (O-TLC) at Granite State College. At our heart, we’re an online professional learning community that includes GSC faculty (some of whom are alumni!) who provide support and guidance to faculty and select partners as we embrace continuous improvement toward excellence in teaching and learning online.

All faculty go through an onboarding process that includes just-in-time resources and personalized coaching throughout the first term teaching. This process includes personal communications and connections throughout the planning, teaching, and inquiry phase of teaching at the College that orients faculty to our culture of continuous improvement toward quality online teaching and learning.
